Exercise has always been a part of my life. I used to work out 45-60 minutes a few times a week. But nowadays, I find myself doing light exercises throughout the day while at home. By “light” I mean the basics: sit-ups, push-ups, squats, jumping jacks. Sometimes in-between meetings and deadlines.
Other times, DURING meetings. Hey, why not?!? (Zoom video OFF, of course!)
You don't need to pay a membership fee to some gym that you (probably) won't frequent, or be a "workout-warrior" and train 1-2 hours/day. Just the very act of moving - doing something physical - consistently can have a positive affect on your health. You can do what I do - or something else.
Bike.
Jog.
A game of pickup basketball with friends at your local park or YMCA.
Go for a walk outside and commune with Mother Nature. Or walk around the house.
Pick an activity and "Just Do It!"
